1. OVERVIEW & ACCEPTANCE

By accessing, purchasing, or participating in any product, program, course, community, or event under Coach Chinkee Tan or Team Positive Inc., you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all product-specific guidelines.

These Terms cover all existing and future offerings, including (but not limited to):

The Yayamanin Life (TYL), Financial Freedom Accelerator (FFA), Financial Freedom Circle (FFC), Extra Income Blueprint (EIB), CHINKTV All-Access Courses, Personal Branding Accelerator (PBA), Juan Negosyante, ChinkShop Books & Merchandise, and any future programs, courses, coaching services, digital content, or merchandise developed or endorsed by Coach Chinkee Tan.

2. DEFINITIONS

We / Us / Our – Team Positive Inc. (TPI), the legal entity operating all Coach Chinkee Tan products and brands.
You / User / Member / Participant – Any individual purchasing, enrolling, or accessing our products, courses, or communities.
Products – All digital courses, live or on-demand coaching, memberships, books, events, and merchandise.
Platform – Our official sites (e.g.,hoff.ph,chinkeetan.com , tylph.com , chinkfree.com , chinktv.com,chinkshop.com), portals, and social-learning channels.

3. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS

You must be 18 years or older (or have parental/guardian consent).
Provide accurate details and use only one registered email for program access.
Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

4. PROGRAM & PRODUCT CATEGORIES

(a) Online Courses / Digital Programs

Examples: CHINKTV All-Access, Extra Income Blueprint, G.R.O.W.T.H. Lab.

Self-paced or cohort-based learning with videos, worksheets, and bonus materials.

(b) Coaching (1-on-1 & Group)

Examples: Financial Freedom Accelerator (FFA), private 1-on-1 coaching.

Includes scheduled live sessions, personalized support, and community chat groups.

(c) Membership Communities

Examples: The Yayamanin Life (TYL), Financial Freedom Circle (FFC), Iponaryo Movement (free).

Provide monthly group coaching, challenges, and accountability circles.

(d) Books & Merchandise

Examples: Diary of a Pulubi, Financial Freedom Kit, Payaman Book Collection, Reseller Bundles.

Sold through chinkshop.com and e-commerce stores: Shopee, Tiktok and Lazada.

(e) Future Programs & Products

We continuously innovate to empower Filipinos financially and personally.

All future courses, events, coaching formats, digital tools, or merchandise released by Coach Chinkee Tan will automatically fall under these Terms unless superseded by new policies.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless stated otherwise.
Accepted payment methods appear on each checkout page.
You are responsible for third-party fees (bank, gateway, or currency conversion).
Import duties/taxes for international orders are your responsibility.
Prices, bonuses, and promos may change without prior notice.

6. RECURRING PAYMENT

By agreeing to recurring payments, the cardholder authorizes PayMongo to automatically deduct payment from the given credit/debit card account until he/she revokes such authorization. The payments shall be charged at the start of each billing cycle, which shall be dependent on the agreed products/plans. After the processing of payment, the Merchant shall reach out to the cardholder if his/her payment is successful or not. PayMongo shall not be held liable for the Merchant's failure to notify the cardholder regarding the payment status. The cardholder further acknowledges and agrees that the billing cycle and amount to be deducted are dependent on the instructions made by the Merchant to PayMongo.

7. ACCESS, DURATION & RENEWALS

Access duration (e.g., 30-day, 12-month, or lifetime) is stated per product.
Memberships auto-renew monthly / annually until canceled.
Complimentary access (e.g., TYL included with FFA) is non-transferable and expires if the base subscription lapses.
Future digital products may adopt one-time, subscription, or bundled models; same Terms apply.

8. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Access duration (e.g., 30-day, 12-month, or lifetime) is stated per product.
Memberships auto-renew monthly / annually until canceled.
Complimentary access (e.g., TYL included with FFA) is non-transferable and expires if the base subscription lapses.
Future digital products may adopt one-time, subscription, or bundled models; same Terms apply.

9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing time: 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.
Domestic & international shipping available; delivery time varies by courier.
Risk of loss transfers upon courier pickup.
Wrong/incomplete addresses require re-shipping at your expense.

10. USE OF CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials (videos, PDFs, frameworks, logos, designs, recordings) belong to Team Positive Inc. or its licensors.
License is personal and non-transferable.
Strictly prohibited: sharing logins, re-uploading, reselling, training AI on content, or creating derivatives.
Violations may lead to immediate revocation without refund.

11. COMMUNITY CONDUCT (TYL / FFA / FFC / PBA/ IPONARYO)

Respect and kindness are mandatory.
Zero tolerance for harassment, spam, or illegal solicitation.
Maintain confidentiality of other members’ stories.
Breaches can result in removal without refund.

12. TESTIMONIALS & RECORDINGS

Sessions may be recorded for training and marketing.
Attendance grants consent to use voice, image, name, chat messages, and feedback.
To remain anonymous, keep camera off and rename display name as instructed.

13. COACHING POLICIES

Coaching is for education and guidance — not financial, legal, medical, or investment advice.
You are responsible for your own choices and results.
Rescheduling requires 24-hour notice.
Coaches may be reassigned or rotated to serve community needs.

14. RESELLER PROGRAM (ChinkShop Books & Merch)

Only approved resellers may sell official Chinkee Tan products.
Use official assets and accurate descriptions only.
Compliance with platform rules (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada etc.) is mandatory.
Violations may lead to revocation of reseller status without refund.
Future reseller tiers or affiliate programs will adhere to these same principles.

15. PROMOTIONS & BONUSES

Time-limited and non-transferable.
Not convertible to cash.
Refund requests invalidate associated bonuses or discounts.

16. DISCLAIMERS & RESULTS

All content is for educational purposes only.
No guarantee of specific income or outcome.
Testimonials reflect individual results.
Service availability may be affected by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, outages).

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid within the last three (3) months.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

18. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Team Positive Inc., Coach Chinkee Tan, and affiliates harmless from any claims arising from your use, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
